Minimum Purchase Quantity:

Wholesale orders must meet a minimum purchase requirement of 12 products per order.

Refund Policy:

We strive to provide high-quality products to our wholesalers. If, however, you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work to replace the product or offer a refund, subject to verification of the issue.

b. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged products that are reported within the stipulated timeframe. We do not offer refunds for products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

c. Refund Process:

d. Refund Timelines:

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

e. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges of defective or damaged products will be covered by Perfect Trust Beauty and Wellness. Please follow the instructions provided by our support team for returning the product.
